MI MPEG-Inspector - License agreement  - 2006-03-11

With installing of the trial or full version of MPEG-Inspector you accept the following
License agreement

The software is made available on an "as is" basis only and without any warranty or indemnity
of any kind. The MI team do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain
by using MI or its accessories. The usage of "MI MPEG-Inspector" and its accessories is done
on your own risk. Under no circumstances will the MI team be liable to you for any loss or
damaged data or other damages resulting of the use of MI or its accessories.

The installation of the trial version is allowed on as many systems as you want as well as the
passing on the trial version to third parties. You shall not modify, adapt, or translate the
Software. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to 
discover the source code of MI. Reselling the trial version of MI is forbidden.

You may not rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or transfer your rights in the Software, or
authorize all or any portion of the Software to be copied onto another user's computer except
as may be expressly permitted herein.

Any try to manipulate the licensing functions with the target to make it ineffective results
in the loss of your purchased license rights.

With purchasing the MI MPEG-Inspector software package you will receive a license in form of
a license key for the computer you have generated the order key. For each purchased license
we grant a second license key for a particular second computer. After changing the computer or
reconfiguration of the operating system or hard disk we supply a replacement license key.
The original key becomes invalid.
